What You'll Bring:

The Senior Analyst for Insurance Decisioning Solutions will work directly with Insurance product owners and internal team members throughout the product development lifecycle.  You will be responsible for leading, evaluating, and communicating test results that showcase the solutions’ value proposition, in addition to monitoring solution performance in production and identifying solution and process improvements for both internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to stay highly organized and be flexible to changing priorities.
  • Highly collaborative and the ability to take initiative and ownership of your work.
  • Detail orientated with a high focus on data quality of deliverables
  • Basic knowledge of Python programming to pull down large data sets for analysis

We'd love to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of success in an analytical role
  • 3-5 years of P&C insurance work experience
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Rstudio
  • Self-Driven curiosity to analyze data and identify data insights

Impact You'll Make:

The Senior Analyst for Insurance Decisioning Solutions fills a critical role in the product development life cycle, acting as a bridge between the product strategy and the delivery of a successful product or service.  A successful Senior Product Analyst will work within a defined product strategy and roadmap and be the subject matter expert for the solutions under their purview.  This also entails conducting research, data analysis, and overall problem/issue resolution. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Become a solution subject matter expert
  • Identify ways to improve solution data quality or expand the value proposition
  • Supporting customers’ developers during their integrations with TransUnion to insure a successful and rapid integration.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
