We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst FP&A to partner with our Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing and Contract management teams. This role works closely with Marketing leadership, supporting strategy development and supplier management. It will also be an integral part of support to contract management team in evaluating RFPs and compliance of Post Awards. This is a hybrid role reporting to our Vaughan head-office (in office days -Tuesday/Wednesday).

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct profitability analysis and support profitability improvements through value creation initiatives

Work closely with contract management team to renew contracts with key Suppliers/Distributors and onboarding new supplier (i.e. Supplier Profitability tool)

Conduct an in-depth analysis and make appropriate recommendations to drive right product mix/better GP to support e-comm Strategy

Lead SG&A analysis for Month-end, Budget and Forecast for above functional areas and work with leadership team to track the performance

Support Profitability analysis for Product Life-cycle Management projects i.e. Supporting Medical innovation categories

Support contract management team in developing and maintaining reports and metrics for Dealer strategy (new)

Support Request for Proposals (RFPs) through deal modeling profitability analysis and other Ad hoc requests.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands on experience with Tableau and Microsoft Excel are required, SAP experience is an asset

CPA or MBA is preferred with at least 3 to 5 years in FP&A role

Can demonstrate knowledge in building visualizations, dashboards, and maintaining key metrics/KPIs

Experience supporting business unit leaders in sales, operations, or overall business partnership

Experience in the Medical Industry, a distribution organization and/or large multinational organization is an asset

Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to partner successfully with third party organizations, finance and other departments

Able to cope with a complex multi-divisional environment and to work on an ad-hoc basis
