Job Role: Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst, Business Operations
What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the Vice President, Business Operations, the Senior Analyst will provide specialized support to the operational leader in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for project management, vendor contract support, staffing and contractor processes, resource planning, financial operations, process documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communications.

What will you do?
- Provide specialized support to the operational leader in managing day-to-day activities and coordinating various internal projects, including PMO support and compliance initiatives
- Assist in resource planning and allocation across projects
- Set up and coordinate interviews with candidates for various positions
- Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making
- Assist in managing project financials, including budget tracking and reporting
- Write and document processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Follow up with other leaders and stakeholders as needed
- Manage specific projects or initiatives as assigned, including support for PMO and compliance activities
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of compliance-related activities and support the maintenance of a robust compliance framework
- Support vendor contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, coordinating approvals, renewals, and maintaining contract records
- Assist with workforce planning, staffing contracts, contractor recruitment, and maintaining compliance with staffing-related policies and vendor agreements
- Manage staffing contract compliance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, rate structures, onboarding/offboarding requirements, and audit readiness
- Provide operational support to the business leader in financial management, budgeting cycles, forecasting, and finops reporting
- Partner with procurement, legal, finance, and vendor management teams to ensure smooth execution of vendor and contractor-related activities
- Track expenses, vendor invoices, operational budgets, and financial commitments to support effective operational planning
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-6 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, PMO, compliance, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Experience with budget tracking and financial reporting is a plus
- Experience in Cloud, FinOps and financial reporting is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant compliance regulations and best practices in the industry
