Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Academy Training
This position is being offered by Mastercard Academy. Academy is the area responsible to develop and sale training, courses, online sessions and events to customers that will develop their knowledge, leveraging their efficiency and process improvements with Mastercard and the market.

Main Responsibilities:
- In-Company Course Sales: Drive proactive and consultative sales of customized in-company courses for clients. This includes: Proactively contacting clients to identify their training needs; Conducting needs assessments and planning course offerings that align with client requirements; Developing commercial proposals tailored to the client's needs; Managing the scheduling of courses with clients and speakers, in line with the Academy's calendar; managing face-to-face training logistics; work on cutomized course's content validation; Providing feedback on course results to clients.
- Courses support: Support courses delivery (invitations, opening, chat monitoring, participants management, check for questions in the chat, support speaker with demands, and others). Occasional domestic travels will exist.
- Open Course: Support the promotion and sales of open courses, bringing participants to it when in company courses are not applicable or desired by the customer.
- Collaboration with the Sales and Advisors Team: Maintain constant and close interaction with both teams to identify client needs and business opportunities, ensuring alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Customer engagement and relationship: keep contact with the main customers and cultivate good relationship with them.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues related to in-company courses, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient solution delivery.
- Event Organization and Client Engagement: Assist with the organization of events, promoting client participation and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding proposals, results, and meeting information with clients.
- Reporting and Control: Monitor the usage of CBA for Academy courses by assigned clients and provide usage reports to the commercial team when necessary.
- Revenue Generation and Innovation: Propose new ideas to drive revenue for the department and contribute to the growth and strengthening of the Academy.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Organization and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and functions within the company.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Strong proactive skills to identify and address challenges, with a sense of urgency and resourcefulness in finding solutions.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data management.
- Consultative Sales: Strong consultative and proactive sales skills, with an ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced in reporting and data analysis.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the payments industry, particularly Mastercard, is highly desirable.
- Training Experience: Previous experience in delivering training or facilitating learning sessions is a plus.
