In this role you will get to:

Develop and maintain scalable services and platforms tailored to UX needs, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and reliability.

Work closely with UX engineers, product managers, and potentially data scientists to design and implement generative AI driven features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Build and optimize algorithms and models to improve platform capabilities, ensuring that user interactions are intuitive, efficient, and impactful.

Conduct thorough testing and performance tuning to ensure seamless, real-time functionality across multiple applications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and UX trends and integrate best practices into platform development.

Mentor junior team members, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent work experience is also welcomed.

5+ years in software development, with a proven track record of API development, database integration, and providing services for UX-driven platforms.

Proficient in JavaScript/Typescript, NodeJS, and GraphQL

You have hands-on experience with applied generative AI development using tools like the Langchain suite, LlamaIndex, Spring-AI or model provider APIs

Knowledge or work experience in cloud based environments such as GCP or AWS.

Java/Kotlin, Python, ML/Data Science experience are all a bonus.

Strong understanding of application performance monitoring instrumentation with hands-on experience creating necessary dashboards and alerts.

Proven experience working closely with UX and design teams, translating complex concepts into user-friendly features.

You have a strong analytical mind, able to troubleshoot and optimize algorithms to ensure high performance and relevance.

Passionate about staying at the forefront of AI and UX technology, you’re eager to bring new ideas to the team and drive innovation.
