We are seeking a dedicated Senior Account Manager with 4 - 6 years of experience across a mix of agency and/or brand work. If you’re a strategic thinker, a natural-born leader, obsessive about creating exciting work, and adept at forming and strengthening bonds with various personalities, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act as the primary day-to-day lead on client business, driving clarity, momentum and alignment across internal and client teams
  • Bring campaign-led thinking to client work, helping shape strategic direction across digital, OOH, social, retail, XM and integrated marketing channels
  • Develop clear, compelling briefs that translate client objectives, audience insights and business challenges into actionable creative and strategic direction
  • Lead integrated agency teams, ensuring strategy, creative, account, partnerships and other cross-functional contributors are aligned around a shared campaign vision
  • Build and manage deck frameworks that clearly organize campaign thinking, strategic narratives, creative territories, recommendations and client presentations
  • Partner closely with strategy, creator partnerships and creative teams to ensure ideas are rooted in insight, connected to client objectives and translated effectively across channels
  • Guide internal workflows from briefing through presentation development, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities, responsibilities and decision points
  • Manage client communications and ensure client status agendas, meeting notes and contact reports are accurate, detailed and up-to-date at all times
  • Anticipate client needs, identify strategic opportunities and help shape proactive recommendations that strengthen the client relationship
  • Contribute to account growth by identifying ways to deepen the work, expand strategic value and strengthen THE·TEAM’s role as a trusted partner

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to distill client requests into clear strategic direction and actionable next steps
  • Strong campaign instincts, with an understanding of how ideas travel across channels and how strategy, creative and client objectives connect
  • Confident leading integrated teams, building alignment and helping different disciplines work toward a shared outcome
  • Comfortable shaping presentation narratives, building deck structures and turning complex thinking into clear, compelling client-facing materials
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to take ownership of workstreams and see them through with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrates a positive can-do attitude that knows how to own outcomes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-moving client business
  • Comfortable writing and presenting ideas, briefs, strategic recommendations, agendas, reports and recaps
  • Able to build trusted relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners
  • Actively participates in and contributes to agency culture, with awareness of Toronto communities, groups and opportunities

Base salary range: $70,000 - $75,000, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company for current employees, etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
