We are hiring for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our MedTech team as part of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Segment at Clarivate. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic account initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales and account management, a passion for customer success, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Working closely with a defined book of business you will manage your clients and their renewal business whilst identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow your accounts..

    About You – Experience, Skills, and Accomplishments

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study

    • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in Sales or Account management

    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    • Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.

    It would be great if you also have...

    • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

    • Knowledge of software/information solutions in the MedTech sectors a plus

    What will you be doing in this role? 

    •    Support the growth of key accounts business renewal rates and new business
    •    Passionate about winning and focused on building relationships both internally and externally.
    •    Working towards being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) demonstrating domain expertise with a strong personal brand of experience, domain/solution/technical knowledge, and practical business applications.
    •    Drive exceptional revenue performance by hitting sales goals/KPIs
    •    Develop and maintain positive working relationships across Clarivate and ensure collaboration is delivered with a customer focus.
    •    Report accurate personal forecasting and performance metrics to your manager
    •    Provide excellent customer service and support for your territory
    •    Work as a team with your designated SDM to maximize all account opportunities.

    About the Team

    You’ll be part of a collaborative and globally distributed team within the Life Sciences & Healthcare segment. Working closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Account Managers, this team drives customer success and business growth across North America.

    Hours of Work

    This is a full-time permanent position in our Toronto office (2-3 days per week in office, rest of week remote).

     

    This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
