The SEM Specialist, Dash is a key role within Dropbox’s Performance Marketing team. You are responsible for driving SEM planning, execution, and ongoing performance for Dash, DocSend, and other standalone products. You’ll have the unique opportunity to build the SEM strategy for Dash from the ground up, while collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to achieve impactful results. You will help set a strong foundation for Dropbox’s next chapter, while also supplementing it’s core business during a pivotal growth phase.

 

This role requires strategic planning, sharp analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to campaign management. You’ll provide actionable insights to inform Go-to-Market strategies. You are agile in analyzing and recommending performance optimizations and opportunities to help Dropbox grow. Responsibilities

  • Drive planning and campaign execution for Dash and Standalones through diligent keyword and industry research, making data informed decisions across SEM campaign types
  • Collaborate with the Media Strategy team to implement SEM best practices for ad copy, extensions, and landing page design
  • Partner with our ad agency to review execution and performance, ensuring budget pacing aligns with monthly and quarterly goals
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including performance and experiment recaps, while quickly identifying and diagnosing fluctuations in performance
  • Run regular analyses to uncover deeper insights, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities to improve performance
  • Stay up to date on industry developments and engine partner updates, leveraging Betas and recommending tests to drive innovation and maximize impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing and scaling SEM campaigns with a focus on ROI, growth, and operational efficiency
  • Lead generation campaign management and/or B2B experience
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across internal teams and manage external agency partnerships in a remote setting
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dive deep into data and extract actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Highly organized and extremely detail oriented. Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects at a given time

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Go-to-market experience for a new product category
  • Experience working with disparate data sources with ability to tie them together cohesively for end to end reporting
  • Experience in SaaS or AI-powered products is a plus

Compensation

Canada Pay Range

$103,300$139,700 CAD
