We’re looking for an SEM Associate Director to join our Media Practice. This role is a great fit for someone with a strong tactical SEM background who is ready to transition into a more strategic and leadership position. As an SEM Associate Director, you’ll start building skills in strategy and client management with the guidance of a Senior Director, helping to shape client account direction, mentoring a team, and continuing to develop your leadership capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Strategy: Work with the Senior Director to build SEM strategies that deliver results for pharma clients.
  • Mentor the Team: Mentor and guide SEM Managers and Specialists, ensuring they meet client goals.
  • Build Client Relationships: Begin working closely with clients, sharing insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Work with Media Planning, Analytics, and Web Development teams to improve campaign results.
  • Develop Leadership Skills: Grow your experience in strategy and client management on the path to becoming a Director.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of SEM experience, with a strong focus on tactical execution and results.
  • Experience mentoring others and working well with a team.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft AdCenter, and familiarity with Search Ads 360 (SA360).
  • Strong skills in data analysis with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and an urge to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in highly regulated industries like pharma.
  • Knowledge of cross-channel media strategies.
