Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 2-6 Staff Writers
- Supervising the content creation process including reviewing the work of the writing team
- Set and enforce standards for the performance of Staff Writers, provide regular feedback, train and coach to develop their careers
- Find new high-quality content opportunities that provide added value to users
- Plan and participate in bigger projects like Test Bench Updates for Displays product categories
- Help scheduling and organizing the writers’ work
- Point of communication to and from the team
- Participate in the hiring and training of new Staff Writers
- Other duties as assigned

- You are a self-learner who picks up new knowledge quickly and enjoys staying at the cutting edge of technology and developments
- You inspire those around you by setting a high standard, motivating others to grow and improve
- You love doing research and comparing products, often spending weeks analyzing before making a purchase

Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisor role
- 5+ years of writing experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Interest and knowledge of displays technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Product review experience, an asset
