Salary range (but not limited to):
94,200 - 115,200Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Our growing team is looking for a Scrum Master!
We’re seeking a Scrum Master to enable high-performing, cross-functional squads delivering AI-driven solutions. You will foster agile practices, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement to maximize delivery speed, quality, and value.
What you'll do here:
Coach the squad on Scrum and agile best practices; facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog and clarify goals and acceptance criteria.
Track and communicate delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) to inform improvements and predictability.
Identify and remove impediments; manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
Support quality with clear Definition of Ready/Done, test automation practices, and CI/CD alignment.
Align planning and releases across squads working on event-driven architecture and AI platform components.
Promote a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and outcomes over output.
Ensure transparent stakeholder communication on scope, timelines, and trade-offs.
What you bring to the table:
5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in software/AI product environments.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant-leadership skills with a record of improving team flow.
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and scaled practices; familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD.
Working comfort with modern stacks (e.g., TypeScript/React, Python, REST/Swagger) and AWS.
Knowledge of AI/GenAI, MLOps, and data-centric delivery is an asset.
Proficiency with agile tooling (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps) and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
