The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Agile delivery activities for large-scale healthcare IT initiatives, supporting Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder coordination, and release readiness activities. The role involves collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful sprint execution, delivery governance, dependency management, and continuous process improvement. The candidate will coordinate UAT activities, facilitate sprint demos, track risks and blockers, manage Agile delivery metrics, and maintain reporting through tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience working within regulated, enterprise, or multi-stakeholder environments using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is required, along with strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills. The role also requires experience supporting healthcare or public sector IT projects, including Agile governance, release coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years IM/IT experience
- Minimum 3 years Agile delivery leadership experience (Scrum Master / Delivery Lead / Agile Lead / Product Manager)
- Scrum Master experience on a Healthcare project in New Brunswick, Canada
- Current Scrum certification (CSM / PSM or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Sprint Planning & Agile ceremonies
- Jira & Confluence experience
- Stakeholder & cross-team coordination
- Risk / blocker / dependency management
- UAT & release readiness coordination
