Cloud SynApps Inc. is seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I) with 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile delivery across multiple Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sprint facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and bilingual (English/French) communication skills.
**French Proficiency is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach cross-functional Salesforce project teams to adopt Agile principles and practices effectively.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure project progress, sprint goals, and deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage sprint backlogs and priorities.
- Maintain Agile metrics, reports, and project documentation in French and English.
- Support delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions within defined scope and timelines.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile projects end-to-end.
- Minimum 3 Salesforce mandates managed (each ≥80 person-days).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification required.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bilingual proficiency – able to produce deliverables in French and English.
- Experience in Salesforce delivery environments or public sector projects is an asset.
