Scheduler is a professional responsible for planning, organizing and managing schedules for various projects and events. The Scheduler coordinates with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills. The Scheduler must be able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that deadlines are met. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The Scheduler is expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, project timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Develop schedules for various projects and ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with project managers, team leaders and other stakeholders to gather project requirements Prepare and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to schedules to ensure timely completion. Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work with stakeholders to resolve them. Communicate project schedules and updates to team members and stakeholders. Provide regular reports on project progress and schedule performance. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deadlines. Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes and tools

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling appointments and meetings
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Previous experience as a scheduler or in a similar role
• Knowledge of scheduling best practices and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities as needed
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
