We are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join a growing infrastructure team supporting the planning, estimating, and execution of complex transportation and civil construction projects across Ontario.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Planners/Schedulers as well as Project Coordinators, Site Engineers, or Construction Professionals looking to transition into a dedicated planning and scheduling career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical path analyses.
• Support bid schedules and baseline schedules for large, multi-year infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams to monitor progress and identify schedule risks.
• Analyze delays, recommend recovery strategies, and support claims management activities.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with site teams and provide schedule forecasts and reporting.
• Monitor subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
• Maintain accurate project schedule updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience within the Transportation or Civil Construction sector.
• Experience on roads, highways, bridges, utilities, or other infrastructure projects.
• Experience in a Planner/Scheduler role is an asset.
• Exposure to MTO projects is highly preferred.
• Primavera P6 experience is considered an asset; training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid G Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Ontario as required.
