Job Description

Candidate will be instrumental in architecting and leading implementations of enterprise-level solutions of SAP Archiving, SAP Image and Document Management Solutions and other ERP legacy system retirement projects. 

Candidate must have experience in all aspects of archiving project implementation from requirements gathering to post go-live activities. 

Candidate should have 6 years or more experience implementing SAP Archiving (ILM, Data archiving & Doculink), DaRT and OpenText (IXOS) legacy systems decommissioning scenarios. This position requires strong collaboration with business representatives and technical leaders.

Skills Requirement: Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements development working with global companies related to business systems archiving, SAP data archiving, Doculink configuration, Dart and/or BW/ CRM/ ERP legacy system archiving. 

Prior experience architecting SAP archiving and CRM / ERP systems retirement projects using SAP/OpenText solutions.

Support Project Manager in preparation of detailed project plans that show the entire life cycle of archiving project including: requirements analysis, development of solution options, project scoping, solution implementation, and go-live support phases. 

Demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise and direct hands-on experience in areas such as: legacy data archiving strategy formulation, SAP transactional data archiving, document archiving using OpenText. 

Qualifications

Technical hands on configuration and development experience implementing OpenText (IXOS) Content Store solutions, SAP Document Access by OpenText, Doculink, Archivelink. 

Technical SAP/Doculink configuration and development experience with various scenarios accessing archived data, SAP Data Archiving Technical skills 

Dart implementation experience including an understanding of IRS data and retention requirements 

Must have SAP Consulting experience and Knowledge of SDLC and/or SAP implementation methodologies. Knowledge of Internal and External Audit Control Methodologies (SDLC, IRS, Sarbanes Oxley, COBIT, etc.) Experience working in Consumer Products, Retail or Wholesale Distribution Industries.
