Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a SAP Business One to S/4HANA migration for a manufacturing client. The role owns the end-to-end delivery using the SAP Activate methodology, managing scope, budget, timeline, risk, and stakeholder alignment across functional and technical workstreams through to go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead a full B1-to-S/4HANA greenfield implementation across all phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run).
  • Methodology: Apply SAP Activate, manage sprints, fit-to-standard workshops, and deliverable governance.
  • Planning & Control: Own project plan, budget, resourcing, RAID log, and steering committee reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Align client executives, key users, and consulting teams; manage expectations and change.
  • Cutover & Go-Live: Direct cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare coordination.

Manufacturing Context: Coordinate complex production, costing, and supply-chain workstreams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP and/or SAP Activate Project Manager certification preferred.
  • 10+ / SAP delivery & program management
