Job Description

1-2 years’ experience in the development and support of Fiori application 

Practical knowledge of common business processes 

Knowledge of integrated SAP processes 

SAP ERP implementation experience and knowledge of SAP 

Solid understanding of software components and architecture 

Experience with SAP Workflow 

Knowledge and understanding of ABAP program and objects 

Familiarity with SAP Basis & Authorization concepts 

Knowledge of MVC framework for UI, SAPUI5, HTML5 and JavaScript 

Knowledge of OData and SAP NetWeaver Gateway

5–7 years of SAP experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle 

Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Experience working with Oil and Gas and/or Manufacturing and/or consumer products clients is preferred 

Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems

Qualifications

Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach, leading requirements gathering sessions to develop solution options to meet client requirements

Develop a business architecture strategy based on our customers’ strategy and a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.

Apply a structured approach to capture perspective of the business function including, business capabilities, business and technology processes, organization & people, technology, data and information 

Effectively communicate with client leadership and business owners within the business function and related teams to identify areas of opportunity, challenges and drive change

Conduct and document complex business processes 

Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business performance
