Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and implement highly scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
• Develop complex business logic using Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Future methods, Queueable Apex, Platform Events) and optimize execution efficiency.
• Build dynamic, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) with high performance and modular design. 
• Design and implement high-performance REST/SOAP APIs for seamless integrations with external systems (File storage, Data Warehouses, etc.).
• Implement OAuth, JWT, Named Credentials, and External Service integrations securely.
• Utilize middleware solutions (MuleSoft) to build enterprise-grade integrations.
• Work with Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, and Platform Events for real-time data streaming.
• Ensure optimal system performance and scalability by following Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and implement Salesforce DevOps strategies.
• Optimize large data processing using Big Objects, Async SOQL, Data Skew Management, and Indexing Strategies. 
• Implement Git-based branching strategies, automated deployments (using Jenkins/Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Manage Salesforce DX (SFDX), Scratch Orgs, and unlocked packages for efficient release management.
• Automate testing using Apex Test Classes, Jest for LWC. 
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices within the development team.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Advocate for continuous learning, process improvements, and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Preferred Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDI & PDII)
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (for LWC expertise)
