Position Overview:

Cloud SynApps Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with 8+ years of project management experience, including at least one full lifecycle Salesforce GrantMaking project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in risk and budget management, MS Project, and managing projects using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in the financial or banking domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Oversee project timelines, logistics, and inspections to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to manage project scope, risks, and outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile project management processes, ensuring efficient sprint cycles and continuous delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any obstacles or issues that arise to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, architecture, and solution design standards.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Project Management, especially for large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Expertise in Agile methodologies for Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, features, and best practices.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executives.
• Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring collaborative success.
