What We Need
Element Fleet Management is seeking a Senior Analyst, CRM & Marketing Automation with Salesforce Administrator Certification, strong technical acumen, who is ready to take on an integral role in supporting the development of innovative and client focused campaigns. The CRM & Marketing Automation Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting CRM strategy and marketing automation initiatives. While Salesforce Admin primarily handles day-to-day configurations, this role involves deeper system analysis, automation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance marketing and sales alignment.
A Day in the Life
CRM & Marketing Automation Strategy:

Design and implement Salesforce architecture, ensuring smooth integration with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).

Develop workflows, automations, and segmentation strategies to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
System Integration & Optimization:
-
Work closely with IT and RevOps to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Identify inefficiencies in lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting, recommending system enhancements.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align CRM processes with campaign goals.

Ensure data flows correctly between Salesforce and marketing platforms to enable accurate tracking of customer journeys.
Decision-Making and Impact
Efficiency Gains:

Automate lead assignment, scoring, and campaign reporting to reduce manual effort and improve marketing ROI.

Optimize sales and marketing handoff processes by refining lead qualification and pipeline visibility.
Data Integrity & Reporting:

Implement and maintain data governance standards to improve segmentation and personalization.

Develop dashboards and reports for marketing performance, lead attribution, and funnel analysis.
Strategic & Operational Contributions
Marketing Automation Enhancements:

Advise on system expansions, such as implementing AI-driven marketing tools or additional integrations.

Optimize email automation workflows, customer journeys, and nurture campaigns.
Process Improvements:

Continuously refine CRM processes based on user feedback and campaign performance data.

Improve marketing and sales alignment by ensuring proper attribution and conversion tracking.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Marketing Team: Align CRM with campaign goals and ensure proper audience segmentation.

Sales & RevOps Teams: Enhance lead management and improve reporting accuracy.

IT & Business Applications: Support integrations and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Guidance & Direction
While reporting to the CRM Manager, the Senior Salesforce Analyst is expected to be proactive in identifying areas for improvement, recommending strategic enhancements, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing automation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (certification required)
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- Expert knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs to support marketing automation and CRM customizations
- Experience designing and implementing marketing automation workflows, email journeys, lead scoring, and campaign tracking within Salesforce
- Strong understanding of data integration, third-party marketing tools, and lead management best practices
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio) or Pardot, including segmentation and personalization
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce data model, governor limits, workflows, and reporting for marketing use cases
- Proficiency in SOAP & RESTful APIs, Data Loader, Bulk API, and Streaming APIs for marketing and CRM data synchronization
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth data flow between sales, marketing, and customer success teams
The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 - $86,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
