We are seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps & Release Management Consultant with strong expertise in Copado, Salesforce CI/CD, and enterprise release management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving DevOps best practices, managing deployment strategies, and supporting seamless Salesforce releases across multiple environments and business teams.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce DevOps and release management activities across enterprise Salesforce environments
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tools
- Manage end-to-end deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Coordinate release activities with development, QA, business, and support teams
- Implement and enforce best practices for Git/version control, branching strategies, and environment management
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment and release-related issues
- Support deployment governance, rollback planning, release validations, and post-deployment activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for deployment automation and release efficiency
- 8–10+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Copado (preferred) or similar Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Flosum, or AutoRABIT
- Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD automation, and release management
- Experience working within enterprise-scale or multi-org Salesforce environments
- Strong understanding of Git/version control systems, branching strategies, and deployment workflows
- Experience supporting complex Salesforce implementations and production deployments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
