  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required). Platform Developer II, Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional, or MuleSoft Certified Developer are highly desirable

  • Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; exposure to MuleSoft or similar middleware; familiarity with HL7/FHIR is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, OWD, field level security, and Canadian health privacy regulations (PHIPA, PIPEDA)
  • Proficient with Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments; comfortable writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Prior experience in the home health, home care, or broader healthcare services sector
  • Knowledge of Azure or AWS services and serverless architectures
  • Experience with Experience Cloud/Communities for patient or caregiver portals
  • Exposure to data migration tools (Data Loader, Jitterbit, Informatica)
