  • Stay current on Salesforce and Force.com trends, advising leadership on future opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience in a complex, fast-paced environment (enterprise software preferred).
  • Salesforce-certified professional with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Enterprise, and Lightning.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and integration tools such as MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance short-term requests and long-term project deliverables.
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded, with the ability to produce high-quality technical and business documentation.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working directly with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.
  • Passion for coaching and team development.
  • Familiarity with tools in a modern sales/marketing stack (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo).
