We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in consulting organizations. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform and hold relevant Salesforce certifications. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, business process optimization, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions that align with client needs.
What You'll Do?

  • Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices and scalability.
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document business processes, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform data migration, integrations, and customization as required.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, integrations, and customizations.


What You'll Bring?

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce in consulting environments.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in working with multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in designing complex workflows, process automation, and security models.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.


Additional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
