The job description and expectation for a Sales Specialist have remained consistent and include the need to immediately improve the issues stated above.  Please review the expectations and job description that follows: 

 

  • Accurately process Auto Upgrade requests from Q2 Clients in a timely manner 

  • Research the existing client base to identify, track, and report on new sales opportunities  

  • Collaborate with Renewal Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and other Q2 peers to obtain the knowledge needed to close out opportunities within the pipelines that the Sales Specialist owns and supports. 

  • Minimize the number of Q2 Clients that have exceeded their ETMS account license level to actualize unrealized revenue 

  • Take charge of moving Q2 Clients’ ETMS solutions to Auto Upgrade, preventing further missed revenue 

  • Respond in a timely fashion to Q2 peers and Q2 Client queries  

  • Create strategies that increase sales to existing Q2 Clients including interviewing Q2 peers and obtain their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan 

  • Maintain a knowledge repository of Q2 Clients, their contract nuances, and opportunities 

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce CRM for the assigned Vertical Channel

Q2’s compensation reflects the cost of labor across a variety of U.S. geographic markets, and we pay based upon the applicant’s geographic location as well as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

This position is an exempt position and the range for this position for New York City, Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area-based roles is $61,000.00-$84,000.00

For New York state (outside New York City), Washington state (outside Seattle), California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area), and Colorado-based roles, the anticipated base salary range for this position is $49,000.00-$71,000.00

Salary ranges for Sales positions are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission).  A variable bonus and/or restricted stock unit grant may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
