Endo Networks growing its sales team. We are looking for a Water Treatment Solutions Sales Specialist who plays a pivotal role within the team, primarily focusing on conducting in-home water solutions testing, delivering effective sales presentations, and managing customer relationships through appointments generated through kiosks at a big box store.  You’ll be joining an experienced sales team representing our client and their brand who is an industry leader in water treatment, providing great life experiences through better water. Experience in the water industry is not required but would be an asset.

Location: You will be covering the GTA and West to Grimsby

Salary:   

  • Training (1 Month): $22.00/hour plus commission
  • In Field (After 1 Month):  Commission only.  Expected salary - $100K - $160K 

Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver compelling in-home water experience representing the brand and expectations
  • Educating the consumer on water issues  
  • Provide solutions based on application and customer needs
  • Utilizing all resources and tools provided to maximize on the opportunities and drive volume sales
  • Contribute to the business in creating new opportunity avenues through referrals and self generated means 
  • Identify optimal locations for water purification equipment installation, providing accurate cost estimates.
  • Manage customer data withing CRM platform ensuring accurate information is captured and communicated
  • Coordinate order processing and product installations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage lead documentation, communicating regularly with the Program Manager.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule as per customer needs.

Requirements

About you 

  • Excellent interpersonal/customer relations skills 
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to persuade customers while presenting value 
  • Effective communicator with a positive and sincere attitude 
  • Customer service and team building 
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented 
  • Good computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet proficiency 
  • Can work well independently 

Qualifications 

  • Must have own vehicle and Class G driver’s license 
  • Ability to travel within 100 km radius 
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience 
  • Flexibility to work 5 days per week - Monday through Sunday between 9am-9pm. Weekly schedule to be mutually determined. One weekend day is a must.
