We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our sales team, working directly with customers on behalf of Rogers, one of Canada’s most recognized and trusted telecommunications providers.
As a Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines, representing Rogers by connecting with potential customers in person and helping them find the best solutions for their telecom needs. The Sales Representative team works hand-in-hand with Rogers, offering innovative solutions in wireless, internet, TV, and smart home technology across Canada. When you represent Rogers, you're offering top-tier services backed by trust.
What You’ll Do as a Sales Representative:
- Meet with potential Rogers customers in person to provide client knowledge
- Present Rogers products and services clearly and confidently, identifying the best packages for each customer
- Generate new sales through direct outreach and community engagement
- Represent Rogers as a Sales Representative in a professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable manner
- Assist customers with questions about Rogers services including internet, mobile, and smart home options
- Track your sales goals and stay up to date on the latest Rogers promotions, features, and service offerings
- Build relationships with customers that reflect the values of Rogers and our team
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Experienced in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred but not required
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys talking with people
- Driven by results and motivated to exceed sales targets
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for portions of the day
- Organized and responsible with follow-up and reporting
- Able to work independently and as part of a sales team
