Our client, a rapidly growing company offering financial services to the real estate sector, is looking for a Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, conduct sales/demo calls, and drive conversions. This is a high-impact role focused on closing deals, not cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Realtors, excellent communication skills (especially on video), and a results-driven mindset.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Conduct sales and demo calls with warm, inbound leads—no cold calling required.

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition to potential clients and guide them through the decision-making process.

  • Proactively follow up with prospects to ensure consistent engagement and deal closure.

  • Address financial concerns and business needs specific to real estate professionals to build trust and drive conversions.

  • Use video-based selling to create a strong rapport and enhance engagement.

Pipeline & Process Management

  • Manage and track leads through a CRM system, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

  • Analyze sales performance and refine follow-up strategies for maximum efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in real estate or a related industry.

  • Deep understanding of Realtors and their financial model—you know how they operate and what they value.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

  • Comfortable on video—you can confidently engage leads through virtual meetings.

  • Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools.
