Job Description

We are looking to add a Sales Representative to our team, the position will be based in

Montevideo and will be commercially responsible for important industrial clients located in Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial relationships with industrial clients across Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia, understanding their business goals and specific needs.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop value-added proposals that support client objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and various technical and commercial teams within the company, both locally and internationally.
  • Plan and execute regular client visits within Uruguay as well as in Paraguay and Bolivia.
  • Achieve sales targets and report progress to the regional team.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Residency in Montevideo (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles within industrial or automation sectors.
  • Self-driven and proactive profile, with strong time management skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) within Uruguay and to Paraguay and Bolivia.
