Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is looking for a Lubricant Sales Representative to grow our branded Performance Plus Lubricants business.  This is a full-time, permanent role.

Territory:   Toronto East - 401 corridor from Kingston to Brampton

This is a high-impact, in-the-field sales role for a motivated hunter who thrives on creating new relationships and driving revenue. As the lubricant sales expert on our team, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for lubricant solutions, with a strong focus on acquiring new business in key sectors including commercial fleets, construction, industrial manufacturing, and automotive.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new lubricant accounts within target verticals
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly growth and sales targets
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with prospects and customers to understand needs and present solutions
  • Represent the company as the lubricant expert during branch meetings, service team collaborations, and customer calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams 30% of the time to support joint sales efforts and complex opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of your territory independently 70% of the time, including lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM management
  • Attend industry events and stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
  • Proven track record with 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in lubricant or fuel sales strongly preferred
  • Available to travel with possible overnight stays
  • Familiarity with commercial fleets, construction, industrial or automotive segments is a major asset
  • Able to build trust and rapport quickly; strong relationship-building and closing skills
  • Highly self-motivated and organized; able to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Technically inclined with a strong understanding of the sales process
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Ontario.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in or selling to industrial or commercial operations
  • Existing network or contacts in the construction, transportation, or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with lubricant product lines and specifications
