Abstrabit is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an incentive-only position, perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact by helping to shape our sales processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients and reach out to decision-makers via email, phone calls, and social media to schedule meetings.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully book qualified meetings with prospective clients.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to research, develop, and enhance our sales strategies and workflows.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively position our services.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0-2 years in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field (internships and academic projects are welcome).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with an incentive-based role and motivated by performance-driven rewards.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Interest in AI: A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in business.
