About The Opportunity

Position Summary
The Sales Project Management Intern will support our Sales Project Management team in the development and execution of customer point-of-purchase displays and promotional packaging programs. This role provides hands-on exposure to real client projects and the opportunity to learn how packaging programs are managed end-to-end, from initial brief through production and delivery, while maintaining strong internal and customer relationships.
This internship is ideal for someone interested in project management, packaging, retail execution, or operations who is eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay Band and Position Status

Pay Band is $23.50 hourly

This position is for an existing position

Essential Job Functions

The following duties are normal for this position.  The employee may perform some or all these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

•        Assist in managing packaging and POP display projects from brief through production and delivery

•        Support project managers in coordinating timelines, tasks, and deliverables

•        Assist with preparing project documentation and status updates

•        Communicate with internal teams (design, engineering, production, logistics) to keep projects on track

•        Help track samples, proofs, and approvals throughout the development process

•        Participate in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders

•        Contribute to quality checks, data entry, and workflow improvements

•        Learn how POP displays and packaging are designed, manufactured, and shipped

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•        Strong organizational and communication skills

•        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

•        Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams

•        A proactive mindset — willing to jump in, ask questions, and learn quickly

•        Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving skills

 


Education & Experience

•        Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Project Management, Industrial Design, Business, Packaging, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields

 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

·        Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting.

This is for a 12 month contract.
