The Talent

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales team in the execution of sales strategies. The Sales Operations Specialist will assist with various sales activities, such as preparing proposals, tracking sales inquiries, managing client testimonials and reviews, and supporting sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Commitment

  • Provide actionable insights on sales activities insights to drive more sales and revenues
  • Calculate commissions for the sales team and bonuses for the Software Strategy team accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Become an expert admin of NetSuite CRM
  • Build reporting that helps Appficiency support its marketing functions
  • Create and improve NetSuite Dashboards for the sales, marketing, and delivery organizations.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy, and facilitate knowledge transfer to delivery teams
  • Track 100% of inquiries received by the sales team using scientific measurement methods to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Assist sales in the following lines of business:
    • Services
    • Products 
    • Integrations
  • Prepare proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs
  • Follow through with prospect and sales cycles, engage the internal consulting team for technical support, and maintain accurate data in NetSuite
  • Report the monthly conversion rate of opportunities to closed deals
  • Track 100% of inquiries received by the sales team using scientific measurement methods to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Obtain at least one new client testimonial and 3-5 new reviews per month
  • Implement a precise lead tracking system to allow the marketing team to analyze the performance of various marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with other members of the Marketing team, Solution Consultants, and appficiency partners to deliver new business sales
  • Review and become knowledgeable about every customer and project appficiency has undertaken to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and scope new opportunities
  • Implement a program to encourage delivery teams to consistently ask for testimonials and reviews from clients
  • Assist with sales enablement initiatives on the Advisory Champs list to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team

 The Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, finance, marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Possess strong skills in critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Sheets
  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and database software
  • Knowledge of NetSuite products and services is a plus.
