The Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing data, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of sales operations to drive business success. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Data Analysis and Reporting 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to sales leadership. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. 

Sales Process Optimization 

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and improvement of sales processes and workflows. 
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity. 
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures. 

CRM and Systems Management 

  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of data within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Support the implementation and integration of sales tools and technologies. 
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user training and support as needed. 

Forecasting and Planning 

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate forecasts and pipeline analyses. 
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and sales compensation processes. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales operations with broader company goals. 
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field. 
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas). 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
