You’ll join our Revenue Operations and Sales Compensation & Analytics team. You will help boost sales efficiency by updating processes and records across our sales technology stacks. This role will be key to keep on-top of our day-to-day Case management and improve data accuracy within our sales systems.

You’ll be expected to work US East Coast hours to provide timely support to our EMEA based teams. This is a four month contract. 

This role is open in San Francisco, New York City, or Remote locations. 

The impact you’ll make: 

  • Provide first response support for AdRoll and RollWorks’ Case queue in Salesforce. The queue is predominantly focused on data hygiene updates.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that surface data discrepancies and resolve them.
  • Work closely with the enablement team, help provide training and support to the sales team on tools, processes and policies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance against targets, providing proactive insight into Sales performance.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in Revenue or Sales Operations
  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud required) and Salesforce admin certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices within sales operations, project management and data management
  • Well practiced in consistent and effective stakeholder communication 
  • Proficient working with Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Familiarity with Workbench/SFDC Dataloader
  • User focused lens for process improvement with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT

Additional Information:

Minimum hourly rate of $35 to maximum hourly rate of $51.

The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors
