Compensation

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $88,000–$120,000+ per year

• Top 15% of reps earn $120,000+

• 50% of our team earns $88,000+

• Guaranteed hourly base pay + uncapped commission

• Weekly bonuses, incentives, and performance rewards

What You’ll Do

• Speak with customers in assigned local territories

• Explain Bell Canada’s Internet, TV, and Mobile plans

• Help customers choose the best package

• Build rapport, answer questions, and close sales

• Attend morning meetings for goals, training, and updates

• Track progress and work toward personal and team targets
