Lignum Security Limited is seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing Representative to drive client acquisition, build relationships, and support the company’s marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
    • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calls, and email campaigns.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
    • Understand client needs and align them with Lignum Security’s solutions to deliver tailored value propositions.
  2. Sales Presentations and Proposals
    • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives, business decision-makers, and small business owners.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts.
    • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Marketing Campaign Support
    • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email outreach efforts.
    • Represent Lignum Security at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s services and build brand awareness.
    • Collect feedback from clients and prospects to refine marketing messages and strategies.
  4. Reporting and Sales Tracking
    • Track and report sales activities, including leads, conversions, and pipeline progress, using CRM tools.
    • Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales performance and client feedback.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in sales or marketing may be considered.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the cybersecurity, IT, or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their business benefits is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms for outreach.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for driving results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to client needs and market changes.
