Responsibilities include campaign execution across channels, sales pipeline tracking, proposal and copywriting, project and budget management, agency coordination, occasional event planning, client liaison, reporting, and administrative tasks.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, a strategic management consultancy specializing in luxury lifestyle real estate, travel and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing
- Assist with clients, such as developing and executing sales and marketing mandates globally, and marketing strategies across all channels of the marketing matrix (digital, social, events, VIP and Influencers and brand partnerships)
- Manage and track sales and marketing metrics, sales pipelines, follow-up systems, project management timelines, etc.
- Assist with business writing, creating proposals for potential clients, production of presentations and supporting documents
- Organize sales calls and attend meetings as needed
- Where necessary, coordinate junior members of the team on an account/project basis Plan and oversee client marketing budgets
- Development of required marketing materials, including but not limited to copywriting, design, development and distribution
- Copywriting for all client work
- Management of outsourced agencies
- Event planning (on occasion)
- Conduct relevant research to keep abreast of the marketplace and competitor activity Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales, marketing, and internal works of the company
Other Tasks
- Daily liaising with the LCP team and direct client contacts on all matters
- Weekly and monthly reporting of LCP activity to clients via email/meetings
- Assist with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks within LCP and with the assigned client Assist with company social media and brand management
- Sweep communication channels and inboxes as needed
Skills & Experience
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree from a university with a good reputation, ideally with a business element
- Evidence of good academic performance or other achievements garnered
- 2-3+ years in luxury marketing, sales or account/relationship management experience Strong project management skills
- Excellent business writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Experience with Keynote, InDesign, and SharePoint is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize knowledge of and background in luxury lifestyle, wellness, tourism or hospitality Prior accounting or finance experience will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of and background in luxury lifestyle, wellbeing, travel or hospitality is a plus
