Your Responsibilities
  • Meet and engage with potential customers in residential communities
  • Educate homeowners about security, smart home, and automation solutions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
  • Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records using company-provided CRM tools
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
What We're Looking For
  • Students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking a career in sales and marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

Full-Time Position
Monday to Friday
12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Compensation & Career Growth
  • Performance-based earnings with uncapped bonus potential

  • After achieving performance milestones, candidates may qualify for leadership positions such as:
    • Field Manager
    • Team Manager

Successful candidates can advance into management roles with earning potential ranging from $50,000 - $60,000+ annually, along with additional performance incentives.
