Job Description

The role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Manager (Atlantic) to join our growing sales team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage, develop and train the Sales team, ensuring they hit quota

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns that generate interest and demand for our product

  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries

  • Represent the company at industry events and on webinars

  • Study industry trends / current opportunities for business expansion

  • Plan the growth of the EMEA region, identifying growth levers and experiments 

  • Engage in planning and preparing reports for management and cross-functional stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in SMB SaaS software 

  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability

  • Fluent English.

 

This role is:

  • Full-time and permanent.
