Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Team Lead to guide our frontline sales engine. You won't just be sitting on the sidelines; you’ll be the player-coach who sets the pace, hones the scripts, and turns a group of talented individuals into a high-performing unit. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by mentoring your team, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring every lead is handled with precision and flair.

Location: Arepo (After Opic- Berger)

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month

Work mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do

  • Ensure a seamless flow of leads from marketing to sales, maintaining a high standard of CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot).

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement improvements

  • Ensure proper use of CRM tools and accurate reporting

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion

  • Track and report on key sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline value, revenue, etc.)

  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership

  • Use data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments

What You Have

  • 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, or B2B sales (preferably in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors)

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to understand technical products/services and translate value to clients

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is an added advantage

  • Proficient in Excel and analytical thinking

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

  • Tertiary graduate in a commercial or engineering degree
