About the position

Perion is expanding its commercial footprint in Canada, and this role sits at the center of that. With a strong portfolio spanning programmatic DOOH, CTV, YouTube, and high-impact digital formats, the opportunity across omnichannel advertising is accelerating, and we need someone who can translate that into revenue. You'll come in with an established network, a consultative approach, and the credibility to open doors at holding companies and independent agencies alike. It's a complex sale, it requires patience and expertise, and the upside is real.

What you will be doing

  • Own the full sales cycle for Perion's omnichannel solutions, including DOOH, CTV, YouTube, and high-impact creative formats, from prospecting through to close
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business while consistently identifying and converting new agency and brand opportunities across Canada
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with decision-makers at holding company networks and independent agencies, with a focus on long-term commercial partnerships
  • Develop account strategies that connect client objectives to Perion's capabilities, translating technical product features into measurable business outcomes
  • Partner with Account Management, Strategy, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure campaign execution meets client expectations and supports renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to senior leadership, with clear visibility into revenue outlook and deal progression
  • Represent Perion at industry events and client meetings across Canada, contributing to the brand's presence in the digital and out-of-home advertising market

What we are looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in the digital media or advertising industry, with at least 5 of those years in a direct selling role
  • An active book of business and established relationships across holding company networks and independent agencies in the Canadian market
  • Previous experience selling complex, multi-format advertising solutions with an understanding of how DOOH, CTV, and digital formats work together
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a track record of translating technical advertising capabilities into business value for clients
  • Proven experience working with data-driven marketing, digital advertising ecosystems, and creative technology platforms
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Based in Toronto or able to work on a hybrid basis from the Toronto area

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with programmatic DOOH platforms or out-of-home advertising
  • Familiarity with DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation) and its application in omnichannel campaigns
  • Experience working within or alongside adtech platforms at the intersection of digital and physical media environments
