The buyer is typically someone who already has experience and wants to generate clients, build income outside their job, or grow a business.

Practical consulting experience

Job-readiness
Mentorship and support

The Role
Your responsibility is simple:
Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
You will own the sales conversation from discovery to close.
This includes:
Taking booked sales calls
Diagnosing the prospect’s current situation
Understanding their goals, fears, objections, and urgency
Recommending the right program or path
Explaining the offer clearly
Handling objections with confidence and care
Following up with prospects who do not buy on the first call
Updating the CRM consistently
Helping improve scripts, objections, and close rates
Working with the team to understand lead quality and sales patterns
You are not just “selling a program.”
You are helping people make a serious decision about their future.
You are successful in this role if:
Qualified prospects feel heard, understood, and challenged
Sales calls are handled professionally and consistently
Prospects are placed into the right offer
Follow-up is tight and organized
CRM notes are clear and up to date
Close rates improve over time
Revenue targets are met
The team trusts your judgment on calls
Clients enter the program with clear expectations
This role requires both sales ability and emotional intelligence.
