Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will represent the Sales Teams at the project meetings and ensure all impacts, technical requirements; business processes are assessed, developed and implemented for all enterprise led initiatives. Also, You will be accountable to ensure the Sales Teams receive proper communication and training with regards to new products being launched or when new compliance/pricing models are introduced.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Sales Project Management

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Drive business changes in projects that align with the needs of the Sales team and that align to Moneris' goals for customer experience
  • Collaborate with project team members to define scope, document our state processes and identify impacts to Sales due to the new EPMO initiatives introduced.
  • Identify our requirements that will need technical development to support the initiative
  • Create or update processes for all Sales teams.
  • Create test cases and perform testing before commercialization.
  • Communicate throughout the project lifecycle to all Sales channels via different methods such as: Salesforce, Chatter and e-mail.
  • Implement change management activities to ensure all impacted Sales groups are ready to accept and execute new processes.
  • Identify risks, issues and participate in the creation of mitigation plans.
  • Update all impacted CAFs (Card Acceptance Forms) and to ensure they are stored and socialized with appropriate groups.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • University degree required (College diploma may be considered with equivalent work experience)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Visio and MS Project
  • 3 years of Sales experience

Nice-to-have...

  • Knowledge of MicroSoft Dynamics
  • 2-3 years of project management/coordination
