About You

Are you a highly motivated and curious person looking to launch your career in sales? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the engine that drives our growth by creating new opportunities and building relationships with potential customers. This is the perfect role if you're passionate about connecting with people and are excited to be the first point of contact for our company.

What You'll Do:

  • Find and qualify leads: Research companies and contact the right people to build a strong pipeline of opportunities for our sales team.
  • Create conversations: Use a multi-channel approach, including emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to start conversations and understand the needs of potential customers.
  • Team up for success: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create and execute campaigns that reach our target audience.
  • Stay organized: Keep detailed notes on all your interactions to ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Executives.
  • Master the craft: Become confident in cold calling and learn how to ask the right questions to qualify leads.

Requirements:

  • A natural communicator: You're a great listener who can quickly build rapport and ask insightful questions. You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious and driven: You're eager to learn about our product, market, and customers to deliver real value. While sales experience (especially in B2B SaaS) is a plus, a desire to learn and grow in a sales role is most important. You're ready to take initiative, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized: You pay close attention to detail, managing your time and tasks effectively while maintaining CRM systems.
  • A team player: You're excited to contribute to team goals and help us hit our revenue targets.
  • Ready to prospect: You have or are ready to develop proficiency in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
