The Opportunity:

As a Sales Development Representative at ShiftCare, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with small to mid-size companies across the North American region.

Your mission? Qualify the ShiftCare value proposition to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat, both booking demos for our Account Executive team and closing sales yourself. You'll also collaborate on outbound campaigns with our Marketing team, making a direct impact on our expansion.

What You'll Do:

  • Build Relationships: Forge connections with prospects and tap into existing customer relationships to drive new business growth.
  • Inspire Adoption: Motivate potential customers to embrace ShiftCare, highlighting the value of our premium plans.
  • Engage and Connect: Seamlessly interact with inbound leads and initiate connections with cold leads at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with a dynamic team, executing our sales strategy amidst exciting enhancements and new product releases.
  • Innovate: Bring your ideas, strategies, and creative thinking to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Requirements
  • SaaS Savvy: Experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies
  • Sales experience: 2 years experience in a similar Sales Development Representative role
  • Pipeline Architects: Ability to build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline independently.
  • Time Management Masters: Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Goal-Oriented: A sharp focus on goals and a belief that daily, weekly, and monthly activities lead to success.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
