As a global Demand Side Platform (DSP) powered by AI, we help marketers connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results across the Open Web. Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Since our start in 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts—from launching the original measurement platform for digital publishers to introducing the first AI-driven DSP. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that thrives on creating transformative solutions, Quantcast is the perfect place to grow your career.

The SDR Team is an exciting new group at the forefront of Quantcast’s next major growth phase. Not only will you be critical in spearheading the company’s growth, but you will get to see how major departments are built and contribute to best practices.

As the first point of contact with prospects, ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of outreach strategies, SaaS based sales processes, excel at researching leads and kick starting new relationships. You will coordinate cross functionally with marketing, sales and sales leadership to help with positioning and product. In addition, you will get exposed to speaking with VP+ level contacts at major advertisers and ad agencies.

What you'll do:

  • Research and identify potential customers within our defined market/segment strategy for our software platform
  • Build creative and impactful outbound sequences consisting of a variety of methods (email, call, LinkedIn) to drive interest, develop rapport and set qualified demos for Field Sellers.
  • Vet, contact and drive action across inbounds stemming from a variety of intent based sources.
  • Learn and master how to successfully overcome objections, generate trust and excitement from potential customers.
  • Learn and aid in critical skills in the sales process like meeting preparation, follow-up and closing
  • SDRs can progress to account executive roles or other roles at the company

Who you are:

  • SDR experience in the Programmatic AdTech industry highly desired
  • Intelligent, infinitely curious and driven to succeed in sales and growth roles
  • Hard-working and persistent, putting in the time before and after meetings to deliver great results
  • High EQ (we are performance oriented and driven to succeed; however, value kindness and positive working relationships above all else)

At Quantcast, we craft offers that reflect your unique skills, expertise, and geographic location. On top of a competitive salary, this position includes eligibility for a performance bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Depending on your location, this may include hybrid work flexibility, generous vacation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement plans.
