We Are Looking for SDRs

We are looking for driven individuals who have extensive SDR experience within the B2B Digital Marketing / Saas / AI / E-Commerce sectors. An opportunity with superb long-term career prospects for experienced and entrepreneurial inbound and outbound lead generation professionals to join our client companies.

It’s a target-driven role focused on hitting and exceeding targets for lead generation and sales activities (out-bound), with the primary responsibility being to actively pursue inbound leads, book meetings for the Sales Managers, maintain clear records of these activities in the CRM system, as well as calling and engaging with prospective leads to qualify.

You’ll join a team structure with defined and achievable growth avenues for new starters. You will be supported and challenged to develop your ability to step into a more senior role as more sales professionals join.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Warm Prospects via your specialist channel with a view of them booking an appointment with one of our Sales Managers
  • Communicating via Phone, Zoom, Email and Social Media
  • Managing and updating CRM and spreadsheets
  • Managing and updating calendars
  • Maintain clarity in communication when reporting on KPIs and passing over appointments
  • Follow sales process
  • Internal communication with the Sales team
  • Engage in other out-bound Lead Generation tasks as and when required such as sending videos and voice notes to prospects
Requirements
  • Proven track record of cold calling or sending videos, setting appointments and achieving a high booked call success rate
  • Extensive experience and expertise of lead generation within various channels
  • KPI's achievement within B2B and B2C environment and hungry to earn money
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Lead Gen, Appointment Setting, and Out-Bound Lead Conversion
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting on camera (ZOOM)
  • Positive and Can-Do attitude
  • Tech-savvy - the ability to work with Large Language Models, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Notion, Calendry, Instantly, Sales Navigator
  • Flexible and adaptable - ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving business model

Pay:

  • Fixed monthly retainer (dependant on track record and experience)
  • Generous monthly commission on KPIs achieved and deals closed
  • OTE potential of $3,000 to $4,000 per month
