The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Introhive, you'll drive growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through phone, email, social media, and events, showcasing how our solution solves their challenges. This is a quality-focused role where you'll work on a named account list, delivering personalized outreach to generate leads and build strong connections.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Qualify: Source and engage new leads across multiple channels.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep an organized and active lead pipeline.
  • Hit Targets: Consistently meet lead generation KPIs.
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends to refine messaging.
  • Collaborate: Work with sales and marketing teams to refine your approach.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience in B2B org.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline management.
